RecommendedGreat customer service, very knowledgeable staff, good selection and competitive prices.
Customer service was tremendous. The demo sale was planned and carried out with organized precision. They had coffe and doughnuts for us as many were camped out in front of store for hours in freezing, snowy weather. I didn’t get exactly what I went for and I was 10th in line. Next year I’ll spend the night and line up at 4:00 am! Worth it!!

The owners and their staff are knowledgable, accommodating, and happy to assist in any way possible. They use what they sell, providing them specifics on how certain gear performs. They recently mounted and tuned my new skis to perfection. I definitely recommend them!

If you damage your skis/board, take them to Wilderness...these guys are magicians! After smashing my favorite board into some rocks, I discovered that I had smashed the edge and cracked it all the way through the top sheet. I figured the board was trashed, but Jackson was able to masterfully repair it and its good as new! I'd never go anywhere else!
