Terrible Quality Service & Bad Attitude After spending $1500 for AT gear for my wife, getting a bad attitude from the service technician Eric, and charging me $50 extra for binding adjustment, my wife took them out for the first ski. The boots won't stay in the binding. Interesting too that they refused to set the DIN as well. I got a snotty response about that too - "We don't do that." Very, very disappointed. You guys are GREAT!! Ben absolutely saved me today by fixing my daughter's brakes (which I broke last night) in time for her to race in the Summit Mtn. Challenge this evening. I know you are so busy this time of year… thank you so much for making time for this last minute repair. Oh - AND when I picked up the bike, it had been cleaned as well… wow. That's truly exceptional.
I rented a mountain bike from Wilderness Sports just for a day while on vacation. It was well maintained and cared for. They quickly had the suspension setup to my weight, got me a helmet and sent me on my way! Excellent customer service. 5 Stars. I highly recommend them.
Wonderful people, knowledgable too. Jackson brought an accidentally (too long of a story) snowboard back to life. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
