I would have gave it 0 if it were an option. In my building of 8 units 2 have been empty for months. They rentented the one below my wife and I 2 weeks ago. Now I get to hear a 120 decibel instrument every day! Btw 210 is a 747 taking off or a marshall guitar amplifier! My wife and I can't watch TV! In an apartment!!! My wife and I have lived here 4 years now we can't rest or hear or tv. Do not move here.

I have lived here for two years and will not be renewing my lease. Since new management took over, this complex has significantly declined. There is a clear lack of care for tenants. My first-floor unit has experienced countless leaks, the worst occurring last year when half of my apartment was flooded. The heating and cooling system is inadequate, and both bedrooms struggle to maintain a consistent temperature. I guess I give one star for review apartment I lived one year and run away the office take long time to come and fix your problem in your apartment and hallway. outside, it’s not clean and very very old carpet I asked my neighbor. She said she lived there more than 10 years and the same carpet for hallway never changed it and she said the office never change her carpet or painting for her apartment

I’ve lived here for almost 5 years. We’ve had our issues but they were always solved with incredible speed. Until this year, office staff changed and the owner now handles extreme complaints (we were without ac during the heat wave for 3 weeks) because the new office staff has no authority. Except the owner doesn’t answer her phone or return calls.

I moved into this apartment complex in May, and it has been nothing but issues from day one. Within the first two months, I’ve had to call maintenance for leaks under both bathroom sinks, a non-functioning garbage disposal, and a broken stove eye. The only issue that was actually fixed was the leaks. The unit was not properly cleaned before move-in; the only clean thing was the carpet, which I believe was newly installed.
