I’ve lived here for almost 5 years. We’ve had our issues but they were always solved with incredible speed. Until this year, office staff changed and the owner now handles extreme complaints (we were without ac during the heat wave for 3 weeks) because the new office staff has no authority. Except the owner doesn’t answer her phone or return calls.
I moved into this apartment complex in May, and it has been nothing but issues from day one. Within the first two months, I’ve had to call maintenance for leaks under both bathroom sinks, a non-functioning garbage disposal, and a broken stove eye. The only issue that was actually fixed was the leaks. The unit was not properly cleaned before move-in; the only clean thing was the carpet, which I believe was newly installed. I just have to say I lived here for 3 years and I have NEVER had an issue here . These apartments are just wonderful . I love the fact that maintenance is pretty prompt and it’s always clean . Also I noticed they changed the lights outside of each apartment and it is well lit . Also the rent was not very expensive for a 2 bedroom and the apartment was a pretty decent size with a walk in closet , laundry room , big bathroom and the carpet was nice and new when I moved in and it still looks about the same ! I love living here.
These apartments are cheaply made and maintained. A neighbor above me had an AC leak which affected my bedroom ceiling for almost a week. I’ve been having to babysit management about the issue, and I’m still waiting on it to be repaired. There is no communication about repairs but if rent is a day late, I get an email about that (figures). Since the infrastructure is so poor, there are so many bugs in the apartment on a daily basis.
