I just have to say I lived here for 3 years and I have NEVER had an issue here . These apartments are just wonderful . I love the fact that maintenance is pretty prompt and it’s always clean . Also I noticed they changed the lights outside of each apartment and it is well lit . Also the rent was not very expensive for a 2 bedroom and the apartment was a pretty decent size with a walk in closet , laundry room , big bathroom and the carpet was nice and new when I moved in and it still looks about the same ! I love living here.
These apartments are cheaply made and maintained. A neighbor above me had an AC leak which affected my bedroom ceiling for almost a week. I’ve been having to babysit management about the issue, and I’m still waiting on it to be repaired. There is no communication about repairs but if rent is a day late, I get an email about that (figures). Since the infrastructure is so poor, there are so many bugs in the apartment on a daily basis. I lived at these apartments for two years. For the money, the apartment is nice and spacious. We loved our balcony as the common grounds are really nice all year round. I found maintenance responded quickly. It did get worse living there the second year; the office tried their best, but it was hard to deal with all ends. Marijuana is not allowed in the apartments. I don't care what people do personally, but our hallway always reeked of weed to where it would seep into our apartment. We didn't know who was doing it, so it was... read more
