Just terrible. Office staff is extremely rude when and if they actually respond to you. Good luck getting them to answer the phone if you have an emergency. Only time I can get maintenance assistance is by finding them on property at 8am, if you don’t do that then you are SOL. Drywall repairs needed? Yeah okay they don’t give set days (per the property manager Rachel) if you get a text saying they are coming then they will be by any time that week. They have no care for the fact that this is your home and you pay to be here.... read more
They need to do better I wouldn't recommend
I would have gave it 0 if it were an option. In my building of 8 units 2 have been empty for months. They rentented the one below my wife and I 2 weeks ago. Now I get to hear a 120 decibel instrument every day! Btw 210 is a 747 taking off or a marshall guitar amplifier! My wife and I can't watch TV! In an apartment!!! My wife and I have lived here 4 years now we can't rest or hear or tv. Do not move here.
I have lived here for two years and will not be renewing my lease. Since new management took over, this complex has significantly declined. There is a clear lack of care for tenants. My first-floor unit has experienced countless leaks, the worst occurring last year when half of my apartment was flooded. The heating and cooling system is inadequate, and both bedrooms struggle to maintain a consistent temperature. My washer was broken for nearly two months, during which I received no apology, compensation, or even basic commun... read more
I guess I give one star for review apartment I lived one year and run away the office take long time to come and fix your problem in your apartment and hallway. outside, it’s not clean and very very old carpet I asked my neighbor. She said she lived there more than 10 years and the same carpet for hallway never changed it and she said the office never change her carpet or painting for her apartment
