I usually dread going to the dentist, but this office completely changed my mind. From the moment I walked into the bright, relaxing office, the team put me at ease. Both the hygienist and Dr Estrella were so gentle, checked on my comfort level throughout the cleaning and entire procedure, and I didn’t feel a thing. Truly the best dental experience I've ever had!
I’m a Veteran, and the VA referred me to this practice for a routine exam and cleaning. I completed all the required paperwork electronically before my appointment and arrived on time. The waiting room was empty, yet it still took 10–15 minutes before I was called back. Not a great first impression. The front office staff was courteous, and the dental hygienist was professional. Excellent attention, as usual. Dr. Estrella is kind, professional, and very efficient. He is also very empathetic and understands the patient’s concerns. His staff is also kind and efficient, especially Tarra, whom I have been seeing lately.
The dentist and his team are terrific! Again, I apologize for bitting the dentist’s finger!
