I am new in town and stopped in with a friend from home to see what Wilderness Exchange was all about. they had an incredible sale going on and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I spoke with Luke who was amazingly helpful. He spoke with me at length about hiking in the Rockies. He taught me a lot of basics and a lot about safety. I have been a long time customer and have purchased no less than 3 shells along with numerous other pieces of gear and have never been treated so poorly in any retail establishment as I was during my last visit to wild x. For having spent thousands of dollars at their store it is extremely disheartening being treated like a common criminal.
