No customer service, poorly maintained facility, closed more often than open, wash time keeps getting shorter and shorter, the coin changer has never worked in ten years, the blowdryer stopped rotating at least two years ago so it doesn't dry the car properly. If there was an alternative in town this place would get on the ball or quickly shut down.
It would help if it actually removed some dirt/grime from my car. $10 wash did NOTHING..
Have called and left several messages about being reimbursed for the automatic wash not working properly. Didn’t even get a call back! Their card readers do not work at their L’Anse facilities either. Poor customer service in my book!
I use this car wash all the time. I only had 2 occasions over the years where the car wash door would not open. I was refunded in full both times and upgraded to a $15 wash. Customer service was fast and friendly with assisting me in a refund.
I have been going to Wilderness car wash since they opened. During the winter I try to wash our car as often as I can because of the salt issue we have here. The last few times I have used Wilderness my car was not clean after the wash process. I was going to include a photo of my car but seems it doesn't allow.
The car wash is good at what it is supposed to do, but there just doesn't seem to be a way to reach them when there is a problem. It did a beautiful job on my car as always, but the credit card machine charged me $45 for a $15 wash. I was refunded $15, but my $15 car was still cost me $30. I know it is a technical problem, but I JUST WANT TO HAVE A PHONE NUMBER!!!! TO TALK TO A PERSON!!!!
Didn't even wash my car whatsoever! It didn't even look like it got touched :( waste of money
This car wash no longer cleans the car. We went through it today to clean off the usual road dust. This car wash did well in the past but now the run time is shorter and the windows and sides of the car are just as dirty after the wash as before the wash. Will never use this car wash again. We tried calling their number and got a load of "special" offers for other businesses but cannot get through to talk to the Wilderness car wash company. Extremely disappointed. Might just as well have burned the $10.
Whelp, guess I just wasted $12 bucks. Robbery! Didn't even wash the passenger side of my vehicle. You can still see the pollen all over the windshield on that side. Who runs this place and why isn't there a phone number for customer service?
