Horrible staff. Could not understand a word the guy was saying and then extremely rudely says "I know my English is not good but you must follow directions". On such a ride where safety is so crucial that was a dangerous mix of personality and capability that is bound to create problems for the company. If the company wants to retrain their staff it was the 2pm ride on 6 sep 2026.
Awesome place. This place is amazing adventure to do. The people who working there are very friendly and make the experience much better. Shout out to the front desk, lady and today two guys helping us on the line.
I have never zip lined before this was a wonderful experience, the guides, I believe his name was Kaiu and the other guides (sorry didn’t get names) but the guys and lady were absolutely wonderful. Walked through everything very clearly and had lots of fun. Despite being in the air they made me feel very safe and comfortable I was attached at all time or on stairs so if you’re worried about being scared this is a great experience for a first time zip line!
First time for my daughter and myself. We had an AMAZING time and got to meet some great people! So glad that we took the leap!
