I recently changed my original review to a 1 star rating because of the consistently poor service I receive from all areas of this business. This situation has continued for way too long. Never an apology or plan of action to rectify my current dilemma. The following issues were experienced regarding both cars I acquired from Wilder. My salesperson not only misrepresented both autos, but refused to assist or give reasonable advice when my serious issues were brought to his attention. Fantastic sales team! Professional, friendly and efficient! They listened and then delivered :-). Kudos to our salesperson Richard for a great delivery/walk through, Ben in finance for making the paperwork a breeze and Aaron the manager for making the deal easy to say yes to :-). Highly recommend!
Completely rude trying to find parts They just called me back and I answered as my business name and literally threatened to give my business a bad review even though they have not used my business but I did attempt to use yours And you would not even look.
We purchased our 2024 Tiguan from Wilder in April. Lauren Decker and the rest of the sales team were great to work with. Came in with my tall teenager and a short list of vehicles that met our mileage, price and tall- kid-in-the-back-seat requirements. Lauren was helpful, funny and professional throughout the process.
