Santiago from the Service Department was very helpful from the start. He jumped in right away, was personable and efficient, and made the whole experience really positive for me.
During my travels over the past few years I’ve had my car serviced at VW dealerships across the country; Wilder VW service team is consistently the best. From their efficiency in getting the job done right, communication throughout appointment, trustworthiness in their overall advisement- and the complimentary car wash (including vacuuming the inside) - you will not find a better team. Very pleased with this business and I’ll keep coming back as long as the standards remain high!

This is long winded. But needs to be shared. I bought my vehicle through Wilder Volkswagen in February 2024. We bought it new, and paid into the extra platinum warranty they offered through the manufacturer. Yesterday 2-11-26, we brought the vehicle in to the service center for its 45,000 mile service. We got quoted approximately $3,400. I explained to the service employee how that seemed insane. How does a service cost that much? I recently changed my original review to a 1 star rating because of the consistently poor service I receive from all areas of this business. This situation has continued for way too long. Never an apology or plan of action to rectify my current dilemma. The following issues were experienced regarding both cars I acquired from Wilder. My salesperson not only misrepresented both autos, but refused to assist or give reasonable advice when my serious issues were brought to his attention.
