They don’t call you back when you need an emergency, they hang up with you after putting you on hold when they sense your frustrated, they don’t put you first but do only if your buying a car, and after getting your car in, your most likely leaving the shop with more problems then when you did and blame you. Making you pay for it and lacks extremely in professionalism and communication. Very disappointed
Its great until you bring your vehicle there for repairs. Our Dodge Ram has been sitting there for NINE MONTHS! 9 months and barely any communication! I was patient for the first SIX months, I am no longer patient. We begged for communication so we could at least know what was going on! It is sitting with part of the motor on the front seat with DUST! I am angry and I will be contacting a lawyer! I would give negative stars if I could. This is beyond horrible customer service.
