This place has really sucked since Common Bond took it over almost 7 years ago. No security, there's a "package room," but is tenants cannot use it because the office has stuff in it. We have a "grocery cart room," but we cannot use it because our building cleaner keeps his stuff in it when cleaning stuff should be in a back room with the new pump in it. I wish I never moved here. There's mice,bed bugs and roaches. Kids running around unsupervised. Dogs not on leashes. Owners don't pick up after their dogs. Homeless people sleeping in laundry rooms and in lobby. There's nothing for kids to do there are felons living here. People on drugs. People drinking with loud music all night. I'm trying to move out. So many people are also looking to move.
