WOW! The people and environment here is so relaxing and really brings out us introverts!! I scheduled a correction with Jael, after I tried to "safely" lighten my 20+ yr old dyed red hair, at home. Lol Not my brightest idea... I had already accepted that not much could be done lol but Jael wasnt accepting that!! She went above and beyond to fix my mess!!! It's a gorgeous barbie pink, that my granddaughter loves, and is so much better than I expected!!!! It is beautiful and I am excited to continue my hair journey with Jael!!... read more
Tyler is an amazing person and my perm came out exactly the way I wanted! He takes the time to make sure everything is perfect and he is a wonderful person to talk to!
Rude! Literally just wanted a wash, deep conditioning and blowout for me and my daughter. Melissa kept asking questions that didn’t apply to the services I was wanting and then hung up on me! Tried to call back and no answer. Lol I’ll take my money elsewhere. No time for incompetence or rude vibes.
Got an all over color, and my hair is so soft. Love the products, color and especially the service from Jael! I will be a regular now
Melissa was absolutely amazing and such a kind soul to talk with, she's very talented and patient with the whole process. I am very happy with the results and the atmosphere was so beautiful.
