As a property owner, I feel completely unattended by this company. My tenant paid 30 days late, and instead of acting in my best interest, they seem to be delaying the eviction process in favor of the tenant. I have formally requested eviction, yet their actions suggest they are buying time to allow the tenant to pay rather than enforcing the lease terms. This lack of urgency and owner support is unacceptable. I do not recommend this company to landlords who expect timely and professional property management.
