My car has not only been there for over 3 months but I have had 0 communication with their team and each time I get in contact with them something new changes. For example, both advisor and parts guy I talked to got fired. October 3, my car was said to be done I called today they had to idea what I was talking about I talk to the mechanic to only get laughed at over the phone and very belittled. Beautiful building, really nice service area with all the amenities
We bought a 2026 Ram recently and had the best experience through the whole process. Travis and Russ are both real quality individuals. They are both very intelligent, informed and friendly.
