What an awful experience with the service department. Took Jeep in, was double charged and problem was not fixed. I called next day to get refund for double charge and ask about bringing it back in, left message, explained issue asked for call back. I never received a call, called multiple times, was told working on it and someone would call. 5 days, later and multiple phone calls and messages later, still no phone call, email, or text back from anyone. Lauren Decker, our saleswoman, was so wonderful to work with and a breath of fresh air in the industry. She wasn't high pressure, she listened to our needs and was incredibly patient with our indecisiveness. In fact, I was impressed with Wilder in general being really patient with us.
