I Recommend zero stars poor service  1st- put in a request for service online and once I got there to drop off vehicle was told never to use online service but after numerous calls to make a service appointment online was my only hope. Dropped my car off on a Friday was told it was going to be a couple of days till they can look at it. Very unprofessional dealership experience. Have been trying for months to get them to file EV paperwork and they keep delaying. Multiple assurances are given and broken. All the manager does is apologize for the poor experience but does not seem to be willing to follow up to fix the problem. Almost beginning to feel like this is a dealership that will say what it needs to get a car sold and then delay, duck, point at someone else in the company rather than ensure the problem gets fixed.

Terrible experience!!! We purchased a vehicle less than a month ago. The dealership sold the vehicle with check oil engine light on and check engine light on upon delivery. The dealership looked at the vehicle over four times and could not figure out the issue. Now I am told to take it to Porsche dealer, and they want to charge a diagnosis fee. This issue was and exitance when the vehicle was sold to me. This was addressed immediately with the dealership. I still DO NOT have an answer.......
