On October 3, 2025, my wife scheduled a 7:00 AM service appointment for our 2023 Honda CRV at Wilde East Towne Honda, confirmed by a text from the dealership. I dropped the car off at 5:30 AM, placing the key in the drop box. When I returned at 10:30 AM, the car hadn’t been touched, and the service desk had no record of the appointment. The key was still in the drop box, only retrieved after I arrived. This lack of organization and communication wasted our time and fell far below the professional service we expected.
I had two different appointments scheduled for service within the same week. During the first appointment after taking my vehicle in, they mentioned that the parts weren’t ordered for the service, so the appointment was canceled. I switched to Wilde East Towne Honda Service Center after several very unsatisfactory episodes at the Zimbrick Honda Service Center on Grand Canyon Drive, and I am very happy with the change. The service I received at Wilde East Towne Honda Center was excellent in every respect.
Wouldn't look at my car for less than 200$ Couldn't tell me what was wrong with it without said 200$ diagnostics but said they could waive fee of we were getting work done today. Dealerships bs so overpriced, lots of other good car shops in town. Will NEVER reccomend wilde honda east specifically.. Especially when I was at another Honda at they did the diagnostics for free, I have the email, annnd had a headlight changed for free. Soo to me this location is just shady.
