Overall Great Experience We were treated very well. We liked our sales man very much. Mike knew a lot about the cars and was friendly and patient.
Fast Service They helped my husband get the correct part to fix our air conditioning in our Jeep Cherokee. They also were quick to order another part for our other Jeep and have 1 day turn around and a shuttle service. Best Jeep dealer we have ever gone too!
Excellent Mark was great! He was friendly, informative, and funny! We are difficult customers with lots of questions and he was very happy to help us. We changed our minds several times and Mark did not act like we were a burden. Mark is AWESOME!
Best car buying experience It was one of the best experiences buying a new car I have had in many years. The staff and sales manager Karl Petersen were very professional and helpful. I will refer all my friends and family to Olathe Jeep for any future vehicle purchases. I will come back to purchase my next vehicle.
Harsh and pushy tactics = dissatisfied customer! First, let me say that this is not my first ânewâ vehicle buying experience. I have purchased several Toyotas and Fords for pleasure as well as work vehicles over the years. I am also a big MOPAR fan and own an old muscle car. BUY JUNK HERE I have purchased many cars in my life time both new and used. I have worked selling both New and used cars, and I have never treated or put forth the attitude that I get at your dealership! I am sick and tired of hearing " all car makers have this issue" or " that's normal." Other than my own cars, I owned a detail shop for 10 years and worked with dealerships as well as wholesalers and the general public, so I know that I am being fed a line of crap every time it gets said!!! Professional...Trustworthy I purchased my second Jeep at ODCJ - professional, nearly painless purchase, well, as painless as a car purchase could be! Haha. I had my first Jeep serviced at ODCJ as well. I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years. I always feel like they have my best interest in mind. I wouldn't trust my Jeeps to anyone else!
