Good experience. Friendly staff. Competent. Professional. And the cataract surgery was a breeze. They could turn the heat up a little bit though.
Every time we come here for our scheduled appointment there is always a long wait. Very first time, we were in the office for almost 3 hrs. Even if we arrive on time or before time. The minimum wait time to be called back is 45-50 mins. Beth at the front desk is super rude, she’s not inviting or welcoming, definitely not sincere and always has an attitude in her tone. They have no integrity. They completely messed up surgery and when they did it over I was blind for five weeks couldn’t work cook or anything normal. Told me I would not receive any bills from them then four months after last surgery they billed me for over five hundred dollars. Every time I take a shower my eyes are blood red for an hour and it has been five months since last surgery. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
