We had some pretty awful service at dinner last night. We were ignored after the food came. We had empty drink and water glasses for our final 30 minutes out of the hour we were there without anyone asking if we wanted another drink or without filling our waters. I had to literally put my debit card in clear view before anyone came over again. We spent $70 on pizza and 2 drinks, which would be worth it if we weren't borderline shunned for some reason. Terrific service, dog friendly, amazing food. Packed patio on a Thursday at 1pm says a lot.
Great ambiance, nice employees all around, and delicious food.
The Brussels sprouts were amazing! I can't remember anything else! Well, wait, I can. The garlic knots were excellent and so were the two pizzas we ordered to share. Excellent service, water refilled all the time, dishes cleared, really attentive and friendly staff made for an excellent experience.
Horrible experience. Shocked at how the manager did nothing to help the one and only server on the floor with multiple tables. We were there over an hour, yet we had to take our food to go because she only put in one of the three entrees. Our sandwiches were grease saturated, and nothing to rave about. It was not worth the price tag.
Shittiest place ever. We sat here and we were not offered even water. Even after saying "excuse me" a number of times to the server we were ignored! Thanks for making us miss happy hour at other places! To add the manager is rude by even seeing that we were unattended. After waiting unattended for over 20 minutes, a new group of people came in and were quickly serviced. I've never cursed in any of my reviews... That's how bad this place was!
