I’m writing to inform you of the extremely poor service and lack of communication I experienced with Veeder Root. Despite placing an emergency call last Wednesday, it took them 7 days to respond, forcing me to seek help from another provider. This level of service is unacceptable. I request your immediate attention to this matter to prevent such incidents in the future

UPDATE 7/26/23 - we tried them again, they opened an "Urgent" ticket for us for a leaking hose and blew us off again for 5 days. By that time we had another company onsite doing the fix. Terrible business communication. I called 3x with no response, literally begging someone to call. No one ever did. They blew us off this year, and hung up on us when we called for service. Left us so we can't open our business, and with zero communication. I'd say avoid at all costs!
