You all have always been been polite and as accommodating as possible. Excellent care.
Dr. Baker and Dr. Dave are caring and compassionate toward all animals, and they go out of their way to help our fur babies. Dr. Baker has come to my house and examined one of my dogs in the back seat of my car! Dr. Dave dropped some medicine off to me @ work on his way home. He came to my home to euthanize one of my dogs, and I could see the empathy and love in his heart. He was so compassionate, and eased my aching heart. The folks at Wildcat treat you animal friend as if it were their own! You can not ask for any more caring, knowledgable and fun folks! I would recommend them to everyone!
Horrible experience at one of their "wellness clinics" A staff member over the phone assured me that the clinic was free for the initial exam and there would be additional charges for shots, antibiotics, etc. After transporting my cat across town and waiting in line they wanted money. Their staff is extremely misinformed and are lying to the public.
Love Wildcat Valley Animal Clinic. Dr. Heather and Dr. Dave and all their staff are so caring and so good with all the animals in their care and so good and caring with us as pet family!!! Can't praise them enough!
