The market where my house resides is a difficult market to sell in at the best of times, and with the uncertainty in public confidence along with ballooning interest rates meant that finding a buyer for the house was exceedingly difficult. I was a tenant in a winter rental during Covid. Now, I work with Wildcat to rent one of my properties. I could NOT be happier. Mike and David Mulvena are responsive, kind, funny, and deeply committed to their work. Couldn't be happier!!

I am saddened to write this review. I have been a tenant for 24 years and most recently had a very negative experience dealing with wildcat country real estate. These folks care far more about making money than they do about people. If you are considering renting a property they manage I would strongly discourage you from doing so. They have only the interests of the property owner in mind and NOT the tenants. Their follow through on dealing with problems at their rental units is extremely poor.
