Crystal the operator was unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. Refused to forward us to someone else for help. Had a snotty rude tone in her voice the whole time. There’s no need to be so unhelpful and rude. Bad business that has very bad reviews.
One of the workers helped change a flat tire for me. And they helped without hesitation.
