After receiving recommendations for Platinum, a friend of mine hired him to refinish the stair tread in her newly purchased home. He did a horrible job...the stain has rubbed off of the stairs in less than a week, he didn't tape around the treads and instead left stain all over their newly painted white stairwell, and he left the stain in a clumpy mess around the handrail.
