This place is great! I am a returning resident because this place has just been way too advantageous and comfortable to leave. The people here, including both staff and residents, are always nice. The amenities are killer as well, including on-site parking for residents (which is great cause it saves money on getting a garage pass on campus) and a pool/pool house with internet thats perfect for studying or just hanging out and relaxing. overall, this place is just wonderful and a perfect place for students in general. GO. LIVE. THERE. This is by far one of the best places I have lived in my life. Quiet, clean, renovated, utilities included, furnished, new new new. Great staff. Parking on-site, laundry on-site, resident functions every month and contests. If you want to party all the time and fail in school this is not the place for you. If you want to study in a quiet place and get sleep, then this is the place for you. Dont live here.. It dirty and things are broken and run down. They show you a renovated apartment but they dont tell you how bad the plumbing is or how hot the apartments get. Its such crap here that one of the office girls use to live here and she moved to the Reserve to get out of this dump. The office people are rude and the ONE maintance guy doesnt do anything at all and hes rude . Alot of mold as well.
