If I could leave zero stars I would! I paid a deposit for my playhouse and was basically never contacted again. I tried to reach out but was never given any information regarding my order. I called every store's location and no one will answer the phone or return my messages. I got the owner's cell number and he would not return phone calls or text messages. I am just sad my little girl waited for so long to get a playhouse and now has to wait even longer while we order through a different company.
We paid a deposit of $1300 in October of 2018 was promised a delivery date end of November for our cabin which was to be a small chapel. That came and went as did about 5 other promised dates.... as of January 15th Kenny Tate the owner would no longer answer calls, emails, texts, for anything. They also have antique windows of mine that were to go in to the building. Apparently I am no the only person this is happening to. Buyer beware I pay $1,922.00 and $1,449.00 for a garage and rv carport it has been 5 month's no garage or rv carport willn't return my call's I have appointment to go in front of the grand jury to indict them they willn't give me my money back I had use this company before the build me a garage and rv carport and a car carport no problem's at all this time that had a employee take people money and not turn it in or place a order for want the order but I use my credit card so I have receipt's for my order and it show 's wildc... read more
Absolutely the worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with! Missed delivery date after missed delivery date, finally the cabin is delivered but now they can't set it up because it's too late in the day (7pm) when it's was supposed to be here at 9am(this time) and noon the day before and last week it was supposed to be here Friday. Now begins the setup delays, maybe thurs, nope. Will definitely be there fri, nope. Probably not Monday but definitely tues, well here it is thurs, weeks after it was supposed to ... read more
