We were double booked (apparently) and told the night before that we had no accomodation. We were travelling interstate for a wedding - booked this accomodation 8 months prior. With many concerts on, there was minimal accomodation and no options near the wedding we were attending. Awful and incredibly stressful. Did not even receive an authentic, genuine apology or explanation. No care at all.
What a beautiful location. So peaceful. Lovely comfortable cottage. Fire place is an extra bonus
The place double booked us and forced us to cancel our booking which we made months ago. They didn’t compensate us at all and have now caused us a lot of stress.
