weekend music is annoyingly loud. Fun bands, but can barely tell the bartender my drink order. Can't have large groups b/c impossible to have good conversation...

Business response:

Sorry to see you didn't like our music, Kyle.

The WWC in Myrtle Beach is definitely a better location and has better food and service. The appetizer was luke warm and was definitely a lesser portion then the myrtle beach location. The wings had very little sauce and were luke warm at best. The waitress didn't come by for a while and the hostess came by to fill drinks at one point. I'm from Greensboro and we visited our best friends there but definitely will not be back to the Raleigh location.

Business response:

Hey Shane, we hate to see this. We're so sorry you didn't enjoy your food, and that you didn't experience exceptional customer service as well. Can you please send us a personal message with your email address or phone number so we can make things right for you?

We frequent the WWC in Myrtle Beach every time we are in town. This restaurant needs to follow Myrtles lead. The wings here were just ok. You couldn't even tell there was sauce. The appetizer portions were minuscule in comparison and it was obvious the food sat it the window for awhile. Everything was look warm. I had to fill my own tea because our server just disappeared for awhile. We will continue going the one in Myrtle but wouldn't waste our time or $$ to go back to Raleigh.

Business response:

Hey Heather, that's not what we like to hear. We're so sorry you didn't receive exceptional customer service, and you didn't enjoy your food. Please send us a personal message with your email address or phone number so we can make things right.

Very good nachos and wings! I ordered the China Syndrome wings because I like very, very spicy food. Usually when a restaurant says something is hot, It will be mildly warm to me - boring. Those wings lit me up to the point that my mouth was numb! Perfect! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it was COLD in there.

Business response:

Hey Jo, thanks for the review! Have you tried our Braveheart sauce? It's the hottest sauce on the menu and will make little mushroom clouds go out of your ears!
