Waited over 5 minutes to be seated and there was only 4 tables that had guests at them. Had to chase my server down three times. Waited over 45 minutes for food and then waited another 10 minutes just to get mustard. When we were ready for the check I had to go to the bartender to get my check. On the plus side my food was good it just was the service was horrible.
Haven't been in years. Bar service depending ont he the time is good. Table service again depending on what time you go is good. The place is open all day yet for good food you have to go during prime hours for good service well pick your section wisely
It as our first time at a Wild Wing. The food was good, the service was excellent! The company however was the best part! They accommodated our table of 8 very nicely. The only part that raised an eyebrow was charging $.50 for every ramekin of sauce or dressing. However, we did end up taking the BBQ sauce home! Braveheart is Good stuff!!! NOT my enticing the Dragon one with teriyaki. Super tasty!
Can't sell big burgers like that with NO A-1 Steak Sauce!!

The spicy wings were not spicy at all. Beer was cold. Football was on, the homemade chips has the texture of munchos, and that was odd. Not good, but not horrible.
I understand business to be short staff ... however I don't understand when you have five different people passing you while you waiting for a table and non of them acknowledges your presents . Just to even say hi how are u ? I will be with u we are a little behind or short help ... anything ... nope they walked by me few times even one lady came in to the hostes stand totally ignored me and walked away ... it's all about communication after all things happen ...

Worse service I've ever had and so slow 2 weeks now
Before we arrived we order three separate orders, when we arrived the bartender acted as if she didn't want us there, and allowed another customer to talk to us without respect and we left her friend had the nerve to say she has 2 kids and we could have tipped her better...she didn't do anything, she didn't take our order, she smile, she complained directly to our face the whole time,
This place has horrible service, ridiculous wait time, and I'm almost deaf from the ridiculous volume of the music and the game going on. Would not recommend.
