Unacceptable service quality – Had one of the worst service experiences of my life on Wed. night. Waited two hours for a table when the restaurant wasn't extremely busy - then we discovered that they had given our table to another party by mistake. The error was tolerable, but the way the manager handled the situation was unnacceptable. Great place – Really good place in my opinion. the wings are excellent always. good service. Waiters and waitresses are always very friendly. Cant really complain about this place but me and my gf have been here at least 30 times haha

Big Selection of Flavors – Service was mediocre. Lots of beer on tap. The dry rub wings were good. All the others, middle of the road unremarkable.

Great Place, great food – I'll admit that I usually only have their wings but I have had their ribs too. I usually get one of their world famous garden salad's and the home made dressing is killer. The bartenders and wait staff are quite friendly and it's always a nice crowd enjoying themselves. Weekend LIVE music brings in a good crowd.

Ugh - Not Date Friendly – Ugh. Not a great place if you're on a date, hanging out with friends, etc. The music is SO loud and the atmosphere is so vulgar. I know that's the allure of it, but it's so frustrating to go out and not be able to hear/talk with your friends/date who are sitting next to you. So, if you're into single dining or a loud talker, this is the place for you, if not, avoid.

Maybe for takeout – My sister and I wanted wings and decided to go to Wild Wing. I had ordered takeout wings from them when they first opened and they were good and had a lot of variety, but had not been back since we do not live in that area. We walked in and stood at the hostess stand for 5-6 minutes, about 4 different waitresses walked by and totally ignored us. No "Someone will be right with you,", no eye contact, nothing! Wings and drinks are great! – My husband and I like going here for drinks. They're mini pitchers are awesome! Only $6 for a Long Island Mini.... Yummy! The wings are great and they do have specials during the week! I also recommend their buffalo chicken salad and the grande chicken nacho! Check it out! But if you are bringing kids, you might not want to go on Friday and Saturday nights, and its not a place for first dates! They sometimes have live music too!

Not the BEST choice – I've been here a few times, and on quite a few of those times I've had memorably bad service and encountered teenaged hostesses with bad attitudes. I asked when we'd be seated, and she said "i don't know"... not really the answer I was looking for. I've had to wait for long periods at many restaurants in downtown greenville, its expected... but I haven't dealt with hostesses THIS hostile anywhere but Wild Wings Cafe.
