Food is great, I love the wings and I love the all you eat special. That is not why I am giving this a poor review. If you plan to go with a party of more than 4 during a weekday Lunch, don't except to come back within an hour. The place is NEVER busy during the week during lunch hour but EVERY time I have we are always late, the last 3 times actually. Horrible service -- not worth the trouble! – Service is horribly bad. Waiters either ignore you or cop an attitude...as if it's some kind of honor to be eating there. No thanks. Don't waste your time. There are plenty of other sports bars and BBQ joints. Be good to yourself and avoid this one!!
Poor Management and Customers get ripped off..... – Been to the Arsley Wild Wing cafe location a handful of times and never had an issue other than slow customer service which unfortunately is a standard in the industry when your staff is college and high school age. Recently gone for some drinks with a few fellow colleagues from work for happy hour. Maybe for takeout – My sister and I wanted wings and decided to go to Wild Wing. I had ordered takeout wings from them when they first opened and they were good and had a lot of variety, but had not been back since we do not live in that area. We walked in and stood at the hostess stand for 5-6 minutes, about 4 different waitresses walked by and totally ignored us. No "Someone will be right with you,", no eye contact, nothing!
