Food is great, I love the wings and I love the all you eat special. That is not why I am giving this a poor review. If you plan to go with a party of more than 4 during a weekday Lunch, don't except to come back within an hour. The place is NEVER busy during the week during lunch hour but EVERY time I have we are always late, the last 3 times actually. I don't like this place , their wings are really hard. plus today I went to go eat wings with my brother & he had a tank top on & they said he had to change his shirt because they didn't accept guys in tank tops ! don't eat their its nasty !
Horrible service -- not worth the trouble! – Service is horribly bad. Waiters either ignore you or cop an attitude...as if it's some kind of honor to be eating there. No thanks. Don't waste your time. There are plenty of other sports bars and BBQ joints. Be good to yourself and avoid this one!!
The worst customer service by jose – The food is good here but they have the worst customer service ever! My colleagues and I made a pick up order and decided to stay this mean bitter bald headed waiter named jose told us no and also declined a purchase. He evidently did not care about making a profit and had a bad attitude about it and offered to get his manager bobby like he would condone it. Don't Go Here!!! – Last Saturday (3/10/12) the manager not only allowed unruly behavior from an apparently drunk customer but seemed to encourage it. Unprovoked, vugar, harassing language was directed toward a female customer. When the young woman complained to the manager he did nothing. The behavior even got worse at that point. It is hard to believe a business could stay in business long with this type of management.
Nothing like it Used to be! Good Riddance! – Rude, discourteous, and sloppy customer service!!! My family and I were dressed nicely out for a nice Sunday afternoon catching some sales while shopping, we then got hungry for lunch and Wild Wing Cafe seemed like a logical choice, a change to get decent food and watch the Carolina Panthers football game. Love Wild Wing's Wings! – I'm addicted to the wings here, go figure! They're awesome...and the atmosphere is so much fun. Definitely a cool place to hang out, eat some wings and drink cold beer!
Poor Management and Customers get ripped off..... – Been to the Arsley Wild Wing cafe location a handful of times and never had an issue other than slow customer service which unfortunately is a standard in the industry when your staff is college and high school age. Recently gone for some drinks with a few fellow colleagues from work for happy hour. Obnoxiously poor service – Waited 2 hours for a table, only to have it given to another party by mistake. When we asked them to either ask that party to move or for them to make other arrangements, the "manager" (chad I think) was rude and unhelpful. instead of offering to make things right, he essentially said "tough luck" and disappeared. It wasn't evem that busy. We left and will never return - chad needs to be fired or otherwise disciplined - it was like a 15 yeard old would react to the situation.
