My friends and I have been repeat customers for several years, but on their 12 BIRTHDAY celebration we were there early for Smooth Sailor and though they don't reserve tables, we were denied seating at a table for 6, when one was available . The chicken we ordered was undercooked, but the wait staff was very considerate and fixed our meal. We love to come here, but this night was very disappointing....
