Not the same as it was even a year ago! Bartenders come and go way too much. Taps were down last week. Orders from kitchen WRONG! Would come here at least once every 10 days. Too many other choices to put up with this crap in Knoxville!

We walked in, wanted a booth, so he took us to the booth beside the inside bar area, i almost lost my shoe, due to the sticky floors!! This is how our night started, we had a waitress very young, very inexperienced, lacked any training in the service field at all! tried to start out with the fried mushrooms, was told, no mushrooms. then we ordered a tator tot covered something, lol, but then decided to change that order ,very quickly i might add, was told, cant change that, so we had to eat the tots!...lolol... fast forward ... read more

15 minute wait and 15 tables open and cleaned and could not get seated!! Their excuse was they were changing out servers! That’s BS! Poor management procedures, I understand that it was Vol game day, but damm game was over and plenty of open seating. Well you lost business and income from a party of 4, BIG thumbs down 👎🏼 💩
