Used to enjoy eating here but the quality has seriously declined. Terrible experience with my last online order. Chicken wasn’t sauced, fries were 1/3 full in the box compared to previous times that I’ve ordered the same meal. Don’t recommend coming here at all anymore, I feel scammed.
Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I am writing this review as I am sitting in the restaurant. We have been here well over an hour and cannot find our server or manager. The server greeted us quickly got us drinks and then disappeared. I am a server and bartender and have so much empathy as I know how you can get overwhelmed but this is INSANE. I did my order online, I choose ASAP they gave me the schedule to pick up at 8:10pm and I had to wait over 40 minutes for my order how is that’s possible ????
