This landlord is THE best that I have ever had the pleasure to rent from. I was pleased with every aspect of the two years I rented, from move-in to move-out. They left me alone with intruding for "inspections" like others do, and when I had a real issue (leaky faucet), they had it fixed pronto. I left the carpet dirty (sorry), but other than that, I received my security deposit back on-time. I would definitely rent from them again.
This landlord fails to contact her own tenants back about problems and concerns about living conditions on her properties. She will never answer her phone even when a voicemail is left. She does not answer texts. She has finally answered over email only because she wanted to let me know the problem I have brought up is not hers to deal with and to also say I have not tired to reach her other ways. I have no missed calls, voicemails or texts from ******* ******. I received one text/email from her on October 16, 2017, and I replied immediately. ******* ****** entered into a rental contract with 2 roommates. In her attempt to justify breeching the contract she has made complaints & serious accusations against her roommates but asked me to keep them secret.
