Got a small issue with our front brake and they took care of it quickly.
Called to get information on a 2023 R nine T BMW that had been on the floor for a long, long time. Was ready to buy and was waiting for the build sheet and out the door price. The bike is still there, but I got tired of waiting and bought from another dealer with a similar model. They had all of my contact information as well. My suggestion is that if you’re buying a BMW motorbike, buy from a single branded dealer that only sells and services those bikes. Kawasaki + Wild West Brushed Off My Bike Issue — Extremely Disappointed I bought a 2024 Kawasaki ZX-4R and noticed a clear issue with how the bike rides. I took it to Wild West Motoplex, hoping they’d find the problem and get it fixed under warranty.
