My children have gone to this location for years. This review is solely because of their anesthesiologist. My daughter is having a procedure this morning and needed to go under anesthesia. I have a background in dentistry, my children have always gone to their checkups, etc... All that to say they are very comfortable with the dentist. I have been taking my kids to this location for years, but unfortunately will probably switch offices because of the lack of professionalism from front desk staff and assistants. Dentists and anesthesiologists have always been so caring, kind, and professional, but the staff is another story. They're rude, lazy, incompetent, and over schedule. My son was scheduled for a root canal and tooth pulling last week at 11:30. He wasn't prepped or called back until 1:40! The front desk also likes to speak Spanish amongst themselves w... read more
