Horrible. The technicians decided to add extra oil to my engine… Potentially leading to an oil level that is too high, causing the crankshaft to froth the oil and potentially leading to engine bearing damage. They didn’t want to give me a refund either. Customers beware.
2021 Chevy suburban, 55k miles purchased out of state. Great customer service. Ended up trying them because of a bad experience at Champion in Reno. They blew off an oil leak, and tried to tell me it was “normal”. Took it to Wild West in Yerington and they quickly evaluated the problem, provided me with a loaner vehicle and had the work done in 2 days. It was all covered under my warranty. Staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. Thank you Ohmar!
1st I have bought 4 new trucks in the last 8 yrs. I had the engine light come on. Took it in, pd $1000 to repair. They said they fixed and reset engine light. 500 miles and same problem. Told $3500 additional to fix. I asked why it wasn't fixed the first time. Response was "I don't know". Asked if my $1000 would be credited, the answer was "no".
