1st I have bought 4 new trucks in the last 8 yrs. I had the engine light come on. Took it in, pd $1000 to repair. They said they fixed and reset engine light. 500 miles and same problem. Told $3500 additional to fix. I asked why it wasn't fixed the first time. Response was "I don't know". Asked if my $1000 would be credited, the answer was "no". Spend a lot of time setting up a deal on a 2012 HD came in with a pre-approved loan spent 3 hrs ironing out the details went test drove the truck only to have to have not only check engine lights but DEF and go right into limp mode went back explained showed pictures was told don't worry we will fix this being told was 446pm on a Friday on a holiday weekend the truck was ours no one would be shown the truck and they would fix everything.
