We’re really happy with the car we purchased- super clean, and high quality car. I worked with Brandon and loved his honesty and as I got to hear about the ownership, they really stand by the great quality of their cars. They are really cool people too. I had a great experience purchasing my 2014 Acura RDX from Wild West Cars. Austin was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. He answered all my questions and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend Wild West Cars, and if you get the chance, I would ask for Austin.
I believe in second chances but this experience was diabolical. All these guys had to do was be more upfront about repairs instead of infuse malicious plots or intent when dealing with a used vehicle. Despite having alternator issues after driving off the lot, they had me, a knowledgeable car buyer & caregiver, who was more than willing to pay discounted prices they promised me for service.
