What is going on with the touchless wash? It looks open, you pay with your credit card and it does not work. This has happened twice. There is nobody there to help. I'm not trying to use this place anymore.
The soap hose was leaking everywhere and pretty sure the card machine leaked my info. Within 5 mins of tapping my card I received over 50 spam emails.
I had a GREAT experience at Wild Water Washes yesterday March 26,2026. Although the “ Touchless Automatic” drive through wash was not working properly, a WONDERFUL Wild Water Washes employee named DUSTIN quickly answered the Wild Water Washes phone number. In 10 minutes, Dustin came & I had the excellent wash I had paid $12 for. $12 is expensive but costs are so high everywhere now.
