Lousy water pressure, the vacuum on the southwest corner does not work, the vacuum directly east of it has a crappy hose that the end will not thread back on to. The floor mat cleaner is a total scam. Says “$1.00 Only!” But it’s actually $2.75 and you have to reach your hand back up into it so you can have your floor mat back. Place kinda sucks.

I used to rely on the automated bay at Wild Water Washes. Not sure what happened, but not only is its most expensive wash on longer near a $15.00 experience, it's no different in quality from its cheapest. The duration and application of cleaning solutions is shorter and less effective. Even the underspray has disappeared from the process. I used to go out of my way to patronize this location but am now looking for alternatives.

I sent 2 vehicles, one once and one twice, through the touchless wash here and discovered the same scratch pattern on both vehicles after. The vehicle that went through twice sustained scratching on both sides with the second wash creating scratches on the opposite side of the vehicle then I initially saw the scratching. I immediately called the number listed to find that they only do maintenance and the owner will contact me.
