Just Okay- I was very underwhelmed by the hairdresser who cut my toddler's hair. She was fast but very disengaged and seemed annoyed the entire time. She was not friendly or playful and was not very responsive or comforting. If you work at a children's hair place, I would expect you to be eager to engage with children.

Briggite is great. I brought my two sons in. One for a first haircut and one for a cut. She did a great job and was very quick. The salon is very kid friendly and had plenty of toys in the waiting room while we waited for our stylist to be ready. Both boys enjoyed riding in the car for their cuts

We were late for my two years old appointment and was advised to changed into a walk-in appointment. After waited for another 40 minutes, my two years old is getting fussy and upon checking, the front desk told me that they’re fully booked today and likely won’t be able to see us today. I would have rescheduled or left if I had knew this earlier. Wishing they can improve their communication and customer service
