RecommendedMy husband and I went to Wild Sage for restaurant week. We ordered and shared the sweet basil arancini, char siu pork and seeds, Columbia river steelhead, creole shrimp arrabiata, goat cheese icecream, and callebaut chocolate hazelnut torte. We also ordered the wine flight and a blueberry basil drop. It was ALL so amazing! The atmosphere, the food, the service! The steelhead was by far our favorite; so light, fresh and full of flavor! And the icecream and torte together was out of this world!
Wild Sage has always topped the list of fine dining establishments for my husband and I. Every time we have something to celebrate, or just want a fine meal with the perfect wine, we go here. Highly, HIGHLY recommend Garth as the server. He makes some great wine recommendations and he’s just overall terrific. Get. The. Toquitos. Always. And don’t share. Get your own plate.
