Edit: They resolved the direct billing error that was made. Insurance corrected it but I had to go through Wild Sage in the end for a refund of the overpayment and they did so immediately, without hassle, and they were friendly. I would still consider this place but see a different RMT. - - - I regret the need to write this review. I recently had an 80 RMT massage at Wild Sage. Janessa is amazing! She is very professional. I've been going to her for many years now. And it became a routine now, seeing her once a week. I always feel relaxed and relieved after my massage. It helps with my anxiety, back, shoulder and neck pain.
I have debilitating muscle and ligament pain issues. Kailee has been my registered massage therapist for about 8 years now. Her hands are therapeutic, and her style of massages gives a touch of elegance. Reception staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!
