I am very disappointed with my experience at Wildrose Agency. Our respite services were approved to begin February 1st. However, the agency later declined to proceed with services due to a scheduling misunderstanding. There was an email error on my side initially, which I corrected. During that time, the coordinator was on vacation and I did not receive a response. Wild rose Caregivers were wonderful, from the reception staff to the caregiver provided. Every thought was put into assuring they right fit between caregiver and client. It was easy to stay in touch with the office staff is any concerns arose. I would highly recommend this business.
They are a excellent company to work with. You can count on them and trust that you and your loved ones will receive great care from them. I'm grateful accommodations were made and tailored for my wife's specific needs. Thank you to Sean and all the staff at Wildrose Caregivers.
