Wild Roots is an awesome place to go for a refresh. You truly feel cared for! Cassie Rodkey was AMAZING with my hair. She gave me a fresh cut and all-over color that fit my face. She took her time to touch-up angles, work the color into my hair and give tips and tricks for me to try with my specific hair texture. I love the shampoo/conditioner she recommended! I have been calling and leaving voicemails for 3 weeks trying to make an appointment and nobody has gotten back to me. Someone finally reached out two weeks ago to tell me that they didn’t have an open appointment for that day. So I asked if they had any for the NEXT WEEK. In advance. And got nothing back. Getting tired of calling every day and getting no answer or call back for my voicemails. Giving up and deciding to look for somewhere else to take my business..
My daughter and myself use this salon. It’s great. Fun atmosphere, friendly and experienced staff. I absolutely recommend!
