Very unreliable and unprofessional scheduling. My first appointment was canceled less than 3 hours before the scheduled time. The second time, I drove to the salon and found out the stylist had completely forgotten my appointment. One scheduling issue is understandable. Two separate incidents shows a pattern. Clients arrange their day around appointments, and this level of disorganization is disrespectful of people’s time. Kayla is an excellent hair stylist. I have been going to her for three years now for color, hi lites and hair cuts. Highly recommend her. Very nice location and shop.
I started seeing Prisila almost two years ago, and I’m so thankful I found her. I have long, thick hair and she cuts and colors it expertly every single time - she’s truly a master of her craft and has improved my hair so much!
