I scheduled an appointment for hair coloring and was quoted a price over the phone. However at the time of payment I was charged 50% more than the quoted price for the service. When I protested I was told, 'we are sorry but we cannot do anything about it'. I consider this 'bait and switch' as I went into the salon due to the price quoted to me. Please be aware.

best stylist found! – I recently visited Wild Root Salon in Northgate mall for the first time. I went in for a partial foil with Courtney. I had a foil (from a previous stylist) that left my hair very brassy and not highlighted at all so I really needed it to be fixed. Courtney is probably the most attentive stylist I have ever been to, she asked me a lot of questions and tried to really understand what I wanted in a hair color. A Great Experience – I went here because I had an aveda pure privelidge gift certificate. I had never gone to this salon before and I didn't know anyone who had. I had no expectations but I had a gift cert. for $150 and I desperately needed a cut and color. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. Tanya cut and colored my hair and did such an amazing job.
