Terrific store. Wild Rock always has the best staff who are friendly, competent and professional. And, they find people who know what they are talking about. 100% recommend this store to everyone. I ordered a bike helmet online from Wild Rock and unfortunately when it arrived it had a small defect on the matte finish. The staff were very friendly on the phone when I explained the problem. When I stopped by the store, the staff were very helpful in finding me a suitable replacement and the exchange went smoothly. Thank you for a great customer experience - it's getting harder and harder to find these days! Much appreciated.
