Lovely Place for a Relaxing Walk Free admission and beautiful surroundings make this one of KC's hidden gems. I often take my son out for a day of bird watching and walking in the woods. Lots of paved trails and places to sit make this a great place to take all ages.
Fantastic place for the family to visit This place has been kept a secret but I'm so glad my family finally learned about it! It's located in southern Overland Park near 179th & Antioch. It remains free and has been there for 10+ years. It has acres of beautiful landscape to explore and many trials that are wide and again, great for the entire family - even Rover! If you like nature and the outdoors, you won't be dissapointed!
