I have spent the last 20+ years servicing commercial restaurant equiptment which gives me an insight on how clean and organized some of the local restaurants kitchen operate. Buffets are notorious with Board of Health for the lack of proper food handling and cleanliness. There are many establishments in the Orlando area that would not recommend however, Wild Rice Buffet has my vote as far as Chinese Buffets go.
