I love the way the leasing office makes sure the environment are safe for all tenants and I love the way the help out in the community on and off the clock
I feel that Wild Pines is a place you can call home. I feel that the management staff does a great job getting possible occupants placed and they are very friendly. The process was not as long as I expected and I am greatly appreciative. I also feel that the maintenance staff does a great job with repairs and majority of the time they are completed with the repairs in a timely manner; they also are very friendly. They also both have great communication skills and very professional to all times.
Need Improvement
Never been treated so horribly by someone who suppose to be professional shooting inside the apartments go unreported and maintenance never fix anything favoritism is shown to older residence and property manager tells personal business to Specific tenants despicable person in mine and plenty other residents eyes
Only put a star to comment worse living experience ever property manager very disrespectful and vindictive for no apparent reason maintenance only come before big inspection and head maintenance man likes to stare and make inappropriate sexual gestures they should be ashamed to whomever it concerns this is the worst ran apartments in Albany shame.
